This single super slide was ordered by the original owners and the options and floor plan lend itself to a very comfortable and roomy space. The lightweight aluminum frame makes it a breeze to pull. The aluminum rims keep it looking snazzy. The under belly pan with heated tanks keeps you going in sub-freezing climates. The optional 20-foot awning was damaged in a xxxx storm and removed. A $900.00 deduction had been taken from the price of the camper. Great natural light from plenty of windows and day/night shades. The 4-chair dining table (vs. bench) opens up the space and lends a nice residential atmosphere and compliments the upgraded hardwood cabinets. The pull out queen sofa is un-used but is there for your guests. The ducted AC and heat is also a nice upgrade you will appreciate. There are 3 tanks; Galley, Grey and Black. All have heater pads. I have done extended weeks with lows of 22-degrees with no issues.
If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen and storage space. The natural light from the full-length window makes the kitchen very bright and open and the automatic propane/120v fridge/freezer works fantastic. No need to buy ice just to drive down the road!
Everything is in order and fully functional, as it should be. No water intrusion, no mold and no funky smells. The interior is bright and clean. The unit is 100% factory original with the exception on an upgraded mattress (xxxx), added screen door grab bar and Oxygenics Body Spa shower head (xxxx). Converter replaced December 10, xxxx.
Includes all original paperwork, receipts and manuals since the original purchase so you are well informed as to how to use and maintain the unit, trouble shoot issues or order parts should they be needed. All hoses, power cords, blocks, cranks, etc. that you will need for your travels are included.
Pulling this with my F-150 Triton 5.4 has zero issues. The included Reese Weigh Distribution System and Reese Friction Sway Controller allows for a very solid and stable tow. You are welcome to take a test drive with my truck or yours.
I spent the spring/summer of xxxx doing a 10-year maintenance program. This included removing any sidewall caulking and roof sealants that looked worn, cracked or tired. All questionable wall seams and accessories seams were cleaned with 3M xxxx8 and resealed with 3M xxxx. The roof was chemically cleaned and all seams and penetrations were resealed with Dicor self-leveling sealant and all plumbing vents were replaced and resealed. All roof hoods and penetrations were removed, resealed and reset. All fiberglass exteriors were cleaned and waxed with 3M xxxx cleaner and wax. The RH tires were just replaced. The LH tires appear to be of a lower unknown mileage. This 80+ hr. undertaking has been completed using the best products, so you are good-to-go for many more years! All four tires were replaced and all bearings were greased. Over $2,300.00 in repairs and improvements were made.
An option to buy fully furnished with July xxxx LG 30" LCD, small appliances, full kitchen set up, vacuum, rugs, etc. is negotiable so you can just add your clothes and go!
There is a 6" slice in the linoleum where the slide out hooked it. It was covered with tape and will need to be properly patched using matching material from under the kitchen counter if you wish. A riding lawn mower bumped the decorative lower corner skirt trim, bending it, and there is evidence of a field expedient repair.
I believe in honesty, full disclosure, and a fair shake for both parties. I would sell this to a friend, neighbor and family member. I am selling because I need a larger unit that is more suitable for a "full timer" or more accurately in my case, a "most timer" of 8-9 months per year.
